Context & Challenges

This French manufacturer of business and military aircraft is launching a new aircraft programme based on a systems engineering method that allows to control the complexity of design and validation, from the definition of needs and design to configuration management and maintenance.  A dedicated PLM solution needs to be deployed to underpin the new approach. The challenge is to train the engineering teams on this platform to take advantage of its full potential and accelerate the design time.
