A common platform to visualise and manage data from energy production facilities

| minute read

Context & Challenges

As a leading producer and supplier of electricity, our client wants to implement a platform to visualise and manage data (1D, 2D, 3D) in configuration around the maintenance and dismantling of power plants. The aim of this project is to provide a common repository for the teams of the various entities to manage their studies and work and to apply a new digital engineering method via a single PLM tool.

CIMPA mission and added value

CIMPA provides Project Management Assistance (PMA) in the upstream and downstream phases of the platform development, and coordinates the stakeholders. The teams carry out business scoping on the solution to rationalise the implementation choices, participate in the architecture, prepare the data and support the change, in particular with a UX (User Experience) designer, in order to maximise the adoption of the solution by the end users.
