Context & Challenges

Our client, a major European player in the defence and military sectors, wishes to rationalise its integrator partners across the entire IT engineering perimeter in order to control its design and support toolset as well as costs.
In the form of a service catalogue, the partner must meet the client's Plan, Build and Run support needs while respecting the rules of confidentiality and the SLA (Service Level Agreement), to ensure a local service in a transnational context. The client also requires the use of an ex-situ office subject to the security rules in force.
