As part of a new long-haul, wide-body airliner, produced with composite materials, this European aircraft manufacturer must manage, both internally and externally, the deployment, support and proper use of processes, methods and tools within their PLM environment and ensure their effectiveness and sustainability in the Extended Enterprise, the network of its partner suppliers.
This has important consequences: working closely with suppliers, involving a large network, spreading new ways of working in a consistent way. The client needs to rely on a trusted partner to ensure this deployment.
CIMPA mission and added value
