Acquisition Confirmed

| minute read
The acquisition of Digital Product Simulation, a specialist in digital simulation and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, has now been completed. This integration strengthens our expertise in digital simulation, enhances our presence among major industrial players, and creates new opportunities for growth for our teams and clients.

Founded in 1997, Digital Product Simulation has established itself as a recognised player in digital engineering, simulation, and the delivery of complex industrial projects. With a team of more than 115 engineers, the company supports leading organisations in the aerospace, defence, and nuclear sectors.

This integration builds on the close collaboration that our teams have already developed over several years. Together, we bring complementary expertise that strengthens our ability to support manufacturers across all aspects of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), simulation, and digital engineering.

"We are delighted to welcome Digital Product Simulation to CIMPA. Beyond the expertise and know-how they bring, it is above all a team of talented people, passionate about industry and innovation, who are joining us. We share the same customer-centric approach, the same commitment to quality, and a common ambition to support the industrial transformations of tomorrow. Welcome to the team!"
