A new phase of growth…

We are pleased to announce a new phase of growth for CIMPA, with a planned acquisition to expand our scope of activities.

CIMPA has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Digital Product Simulation, a French digital engineering consultancy specialized in design and simulation applied to industrial product development, particularly in the aerospace, defense, and nuclear sectors.
This project is part of our end-to-end offering strategy: it aims to complement and strengthen our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) expertise, particularly in simulation and the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform from Dassault Systèmes. It would enable DPS to benefit from broader access to major accounts, cross-selling opportunities, and network effects through the Sopra Steria Group.

As with any transaction of this nature, the proposed acquisition is subject to prior consultation with employee representative bodies and to the usual regulatory approvals. It is expected to be finalized in the coming months.
