What you can expect:

As a Sales Manager:in (all genders), you acquire new customers in our target industries and generate new business in the area of digital transformation. 

In doing so, you convince the customer of our consulting services and digital solutions.

 

  • You support the sales development in the DACH region and acquire new customers in the target industries aerospace, transport and energy.
  • You reliably identify new business opportunities through cold calling via phone, email, social media or at trade fairs and events and convince potential new customers of CIMPA's consulting services and digital solutions
  • You will support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal preparation and contract negotiation to successful closing.
  • You are aware of the importance of internal and external networks, actively develop the and use them purposefully for success
  • You constantly optimise your performance through the use of proven sales methods and indicator-oriented sales management

Qualifications

What we expect:

  • Completed studies and relevant professional experience in the field of sales
  • Strong understanding of the IT consulting and system integration business model
  • Experience in generating new customers based on existing networks and contacts in our target markets
  • The talent to place solutions convincingly and target-oriented as well as enthusiasm for innovative topics and technological trends
  • Strong consulting skills, flexibility and communication skills at all levels
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel on a project basis
