As Business Line Manager (m/f/d) at our Munich location, you will be responsible for Business Service Operations and the resource management of the Business Line "PLM Integration"

 

Your area of responsibility includes among others:

  • Responsibility for profit & loss as well as the delivery of the business line portfolio to the customer.
  • Strategic alignment of the business line in coordination with the management and its corresponding implementation
  • Ensuring effective resource management especially by providing resources with the technical expertise as required by the dedicated projects
  • Preparation and implementation of long-term business planning
  • Managing the bidding process for new and existing customers
  • Business development with cross company stakeholders

Management and development of employees within the business line.

 

Qualifications

 

What you can expect:

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, information technology or similar and at least 10 years of professional experience.

In addition, based on your professional career to date, you have

  • Good knowledge in the implementation of extensive services
  • A high level of controlling competence
  • Recognised expertise in a functional or technical area, in solutions, team management or high-level customer relationship
  • Good coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strong analytical skills and state of the art knowledge of problem-solving techniques
  • Experience in managing large (>10 employees ) and complex projects
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills

As a good "networker", proximity to all stakeholders is important to you. So, it goes without saying that you are willing travelling regularly within Europe and you are business fluent in German and English
