What you can expect:

As a member of our value management team, you will support us in the implementation of design-to-cost, cost assessment and value analysis projects for our customers, e.g., in the aerospace industry, as well as in the further development of our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of existing products and identification of potential for cost optimisation
  • Support from the idea to the implementation with a multifunctional team
  • Assisting in the further development of the tool and process landscape
  • Use and integration of digitalisation technologies such as dashboards, data lakes and AI
  • Integration of sustainability aspects in the lifecycle consideration
  • Communication and consultation with the customer and the relevant interface managers


You have successfully completed a business, technical or comparable degree and have already gained initial professional experience in the consulting environment.

You also have:

  • Initial experience (e.g. in the form of an internship) in the aerospace sector 
  • Knowledge of financial key figures and interest in their analysis
  • Knowledge of basic project management standards and methods 
  • Affinity for consulting in the area of cost and product optimisation 
  • Very good German and English language skills and willingness to travel are required
