What you can expect:
As a member of our process team, you will support us in advising our customers, e.g., in the aerospace industry - especially in the area of process modelling and simulation.
Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Conducting workshops to record business processes
- Modelling these processes in common standards such as BPMN2.0
- Simulation of the processes regarding duration, costs and resources
- Supporting the formulation of recommendations for action to optimize the processes
Qualifications
You have successfully completed a business, technical or comparable degree and have already gained some years of professional experience in the consulting or mechanical engineering environment.
You also have:
- A confident and competent manner
- Knowledge of modelling languages such as EPK, UML or BPMN2.0 as well as methods such as SIPOC & RASCI
- Proven experience in process simulation
- Enthusiasm for technical topics and a high degree of aplomb in working with experts
Strong communication skills, a confident manner and service orientation are just as important to us as technical expertise. We expect very good German and English skills and a willingness to travel.
