What you can expect:

As a specialist (m/f/d) in the area of configuration management (CM), you will work closely with the various departments (engineering, manufacturing, program).

Your main tasks will include:

  • Support of the departments and projects in the application of configuration management
  • Participation in meetings and workshops
  • Supporting the development of new CM solutions (processes, methods & tools)
  • Support in variant management and the design of flexible product structures
  • Implementation of processes in configuration management
  • Participation in knowledge transfer through training & coaching


You have a degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.

You also have:

  • First professional experience in configuration management 
  • Knowledge of the general design of product structures
  • Analytical skills and a results-oriented approach
  • Interest in digital topics
  • Initial experience in project management (classic and agile)
  • Interest in E2E processes in product development

Ideally, you also have basic process, method and tool know-how in configuration management in the aerospace or automotive industry.

Strong communication skills, a confident manner and service orientation are just as important to us as technical expertise. We expect very good German and English skills and a willingness to travel.
