What you can expect:

As a member of our support team, you will assist us in advising our customers, e.g., in the aerospace industry, above all in the implementation of customer-specific import interfaces (according to ETL principles).

Your area of responsibility will include among others:

  • Business acceptance test
  • Analysis, bug reporting and change requests
  • Specification adjustment
  • Communication with development team and business



What we expect:

You have successfully completed an engineering degree or a technically oriented degree and have already gained several years of professional experience in a development or consulting area.


In addition, you have:

  • a confident and competent appearance, which always makes you a valuable contact person for our customers and an exemplary representative for our company.
  • Enthusiasm and interest in analysing and solving complex problems with creativity
  • Experience with Airbus product structures (product attributes, object types, links; upper- and lower-level, ADAP, life cycle) and Airbus configuration management (CI-LO-DS concept, validities)
  • Experience with Windchill, mainly front-end (attributes, linking, versioning behavior) and product structures (on WT-Part Windchill and EPM-Doc levels)
  • Experience in reading, understanding, modifying and testing source codes in the context of bug analyses
  • Knowledge of programming languages: SQL (reading/understanding, executing queries), Java, Perl (reading/understanding)
