Our teams in Manufacturing Engineering lead the changes of our customers with change management methods and create the conditions for a sustainable transformation with customer-specific solutions.


Your tasks will include:


  • You are responsible for the successful implementation of change and transformation projects in line with the global (corporate) strategy
  • You take responsibility for the analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the change strategy and promote a collaborative approach
  • You plan and create change management concepts, stakeholder analyses, change impact analyses and roadmaps; you actively accompany the implementation or, where necessary, derive appropriate fields of action
  • You assess the scope and extent of the transformation, analyze the current and future state to determine a goal-oriented change approach.
  • You regularly validate the readiness for change of all key stakeholders and report the status based on milestones, results, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • You correctly identify and assess different perspectives and complex social situations and actively encourage participation in change processes
  • You create detailed change plans and anticipate the evolution of change and transformation.
  • You design and facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and have very strong communication skills at all levels


Who we are looking for:

You have a degree in economics, (business) psychology, communication management, innovation management - ideally with a focus on change management .

You have relevant professional experience in the field of change management and:


  • Sound experience in the implementation of customer projects with complex technical issues
  • Several years of professional experience in the management of change or transformation projects
  • Profound and up-to-date technical and methodological knowledge with regard to change management & (digital) transformations
  • Experience in designing and leading workshops, both on-site and digitally at different levels (individual, company, staff, management).
  • Further education and additional qualifications are an advantage (e.g. MBA Change Management, Agile Change Manager, PROSCI qualification)
  • Professional handling of change management tools, MS-Office and Google products
  • A necessary mix of communication, persuasion, and assertiveness skills to drive the transformation forward even in "rougher waters”
  • Basic knowledge of conflict and crisis management in agile environment
