What you can expect:

As a member of our support team, you will assist us in advising our customers, e.g., in the aerospace industry, especially in the area of user management.

Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:

  • Operating the group-wide User Management System (UMS) including the associated interfaces.
  • Advising the departments on the access management procedure.
  • Supporting the product owners of the Access Management Team.
  • Continuous improvement of the Access Management System.
  • Supporting the user accreditation process for the military sector.
  • Facilitating communicationbetween the stakeholders involved in the authorisation process.




You have successfully completed an degree or a technically oriented degree and have already gained several year of professional experience the development or consulting area. 

In addition, you have:

  • A confident and competent appearance which always makes you a valuable contact person for our customers and an exemplary representative for our company.
  • Enthusiasm and interest in analysing and solving complex problems with creativity
  • Relevant professional experience in the area of IT Access Management and Network Operations Center Basics.
  • Knowledge of the following technologies:
    • Incident Management Tools (preferably Omnitracker Standard/Administrative Client).
    • Dameware or other remote desktop tools.
    • Familiar with Foxit or any other PDF editor.
