• Build and provide change deliverables as per AMDP Process
• Deploy and support the change plan
• Participate to Change Operational Deployment network actively
Deliverables:
• Change vision
• List of impacted populations
• Stakeholder mapping & mobilisation plan
• Perception & impact analysis
• Communication plan
• KPI’s & KVI’s definition
• Learning development plan
Requisitos
• Experience 3 or more years at aeronautical company, Process Methods & Tools (or PMO) domain
• Experience related to: Process & Methods analyst, Tools deployment plan, Training Management
• Eurodrone, Airbus Defense experience
• Change Management competences
• Problem-solving skills• DDMS knowledge, and experience in Military programs
