As the Aeronautical PMO / Methods Consultant, you will be a key player in driving strategic initiatives, managing projects, and implementing cutting-edge methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and transnational teams, ensuring seamless project execution and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & consolidation of Customer's Targets portfolio, integrating contributor’s feedback
- Preparation and workshop facilitation for ideas portfolio generation
- Projects portfolio state reporting & synthesis + Update milestones and data in appropriate tools (UP3P)
- Project management: Multi-Functional Teams management, budget tracking and monitoring of objectives
- Guarantor of the Design to Cost process from identification to validation stages.
Requisitos
- 3-5 years experience in transversal project management and coordination in aeronautical industry
- Project Management experience (steering, strategy, action management, monitoring, planning, business cases, ...)
- Global design and design change process overview (Aeronautical industry)
- Overall manufacturing understanding and proven experience in that domain: structural assembly and/or, machined parts and/or, composite parts.
- Capable to design and animate workshops / brainstormings in a multi-functional environment
- Proactive, Autonomous, Self-organized
- Business oriented & Result-driven
- Networking and customer relationship management, good interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and conflict management skills
- Fluent English (C1)
