ORKESTRA: Multi-criteria decision tool
Project management application that allows the:

ORKESTRA - The Multi-Criteria Decision Maker Tool - enables a company to pilot and follow the economic and technical objectives on a concurrent way, to facilitate the decision-making aid multi-criteria on alternatives of design/manufacturing, to trace and capitalise the decisions plugs throughout the product lifecycle.
PANOGEN
PANOGEN is a tool dedicated to sheet metal and composite part applications used in the aeronautics sector.
This product is used to programme batch machining using the following technologies:
- Milling
- Laser
- Water jet
- Ultrasound knife
and by optimising the use of material.
It enables users to:
- Work in the same environment throughout the product life cycle

This solution is designed for automatic cutting (ATC) and lifting (ATL) processes for Forest-Liné machines.

CRACK-KIT
CRACK-KIT is a software that calculates the mechanical behaviour under fatigue conditions of multi-cracked structures. It automatically manages the propagation, splitting and coalescence of cracks. This software was developed by the Joint Research Center of EADS and is distributed by CIMPA.
LAMKIT
LAMKIT is a software calculation programme dedicated to pre-sizing composite structures. LAMKIT unites a wide range of advanced analytical methods and behaviour laws. This software was developed by the Joint Research Center of EADS and is distributed by CIMPA.
IRIS
IRIS is a preliminary design software dedicated to the design of systems architectures. It interfaces with CADDS5, CATIA V4/V5 modellers. Developed in collaboration with EADS CCR and AIRBUS.
Systems design/installation tool

- IRIS optimises the definition of systems architectures by detecting anomalies and risks as early as possible
- IRIS is a preliminary project tool that helps reduce costs from the design to the finished product phase
- Easy to use, IRIS only requires two days of training
Field of application:
IRIS is a software dedicated to the allocation of space and analysis of risks for the installation of systems in a digital mock-up environment.
RTM SUPERVISION
RTM SUPERVISION is a RTM injection process supervision software programme. It is the complement of the injection machines developed by Isojet.
Fields of application:
In cooperation with Isojet, a Lyon-based manufacturer of injection machines, CIMPA proposes a control and supervision application for RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) part manufacturing processes.
Main functions:
- Real time instrumentation & control of the resin injection process
- Human Machine Interface (HMI)
UNI
DNC and workshop technical data management system.
UNI is designed to allow the quick integration of any new equipment item in your
company’s information system.
Fields of application:
UNI is a set of modular software programmes used to manage and distribute the technical data of any type of production workshop equipment.
Main functions:
Data Base Management System Module: UNI-BDD
This module allows the IT management of technical data. The database can be of the SQL-Relational or indexed sequential file type
Programme management and edition module: UNI-GESFIC
This module is a client application of the UNI-BDD module. It can be installed on the Machine Operator Station (MOS) but also on the methods office station etc.
