MRO: Maintenance Repair Overhaul / In Service

Your need:

Whether you are aeronautical and defense customers: manufacturers of aircraft/equipment, civil or military air operators, suppliers of MRO services etc, but not only; the SLM offer will meet all your needs in the management and operation of your platforms.

Our team offers services strictly tailored to your need for owner assistance services in the aerospace after-market segment (aircraft manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, maintenance providers, engine manufacturers, airlines etc.) to provide you with solutions and process and IS tool support dedicated to the management and publication of technical data, spare parts management, maintenance planning and navigability.

CIMPA’s offer focuses on information systems that can guarantee the targeted requirement level while strengthening ties with the manufacturer and equipment vendors.

It is divided into 5 centers

  • Owner Assistance: identification and formalisation of customer need, definition of target solutions, benchmarking existing solutions, prototype (POC) based on innovative concepts and technologies, risk analysis and management, project management
  • Contractor Assistance: Specifications and development of target solutions. Monitoring, tracing and reporting method. Basic unit tests. Implementation of gateways and development of operational interfaces
  • Integration/personalisation: Deployments, configuration, integration, synchronisation with existing information systems, synchronisation with your ERP
  • Commissioning: Loading technical data produced in existing systems, data compliance, final validation, training, support and corrective an upgrade maintenance etc.
  • Consulting and strategy, organisation audit: Business process analysis, development of Business Cases (estimation of ROI, KPI etc.) Strategic Plan
