The jobholder will be in charge to:

1/ Manage his/her team :
  _The staffing

_Leading Annual Interviews (and Development interviews)

 _Propose Salaries & bonus to the DA/DAA (Directeur d’Agence, Directeur d’Agence Adjoint)

_Training plan and following collaborators development
_Attendance & absence (holidays, illness, …)
_Communication (share folder, meeting, event, etc ..) in order to share information with the team (Top-Down/Bottom up)

 _Organize Welcome of the new comer (material preparation, CIMPA presentation, various accesses, …)

 _Manage the competencies according to career aspiration and CIMPA/Agency strategy - make proposals to the DA/DAA (make or buy, etc …)

 _Contribute and Support knowledge capitalization
_Involve with HR in the selection of internal & external profiles , participation of hiring interview if requested

2/ The management of projects:
- Piloting and/or following project activities => report (V1, V2), customer relationship, risks
- Managing sub-contractors activities
- Supporting & leading RFP answers if requested

3/ Development of the FAL
- Development of the FAL portfolio/business with a domain approach in collaboration with the sales
- Anticipate customer needs by analysis customers strategy
- Contribution to Manufacturing Offer

- Propose innovations (internal/external)

The Team Leader will report directly to TB DA/DAA




Trained as an engineer or university student (Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering), you have more than 5 years in project management.


Mandatory Technical skills:

- Airbus Manufacturing Engineering

- Resource management.

- Seniority in project management:

- Service-oriented customer relationship

- Financial knowledge oriented "controling"

- English mandatory
