Ihre Aufgaben

Als Teamleiter (m/w) unseres Hamburger Teams „Industries Germany" tragen Sie Verantwortung für die Betreuung, die Weiterentwicklung sowie das Recruitment der Mitarbeiter in Ihrem Team.

Ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u.a.

  • Business Development und Pre-Sales: Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit dem Sales-Team, um entsprechende Projekteinsätze für die Mitarbeiter des Teams zu identifizieren, arbeiten an Ausschreibungen mit und unterstützen den Ausbau unseres Wachstumsmarktes aktiv.
  • Durchführung von Kundenprojekten: Weiterhin sind Sie in Kundenprojekte im PLM-Umfeld eingebunden und operativ tätig.

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Informationstechnologie ö. Ä. und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im PLM-Umfeld mit.

Sie verfügen über

  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung und Auslegung von PLM-Systemen sowie in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von PLM-Methoden
  • Fundiertes Tool-Know-how hinsichtlich CAD-Tools (CATIA, NX o.ä.) sowie PDM-Systemen (Windchill, VPM, Teamcenter)
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von PLM-Projekten
  • Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

As part of A380 Programme, the double-decker giant which the largest commercial airline ever to fly, our Customer is Chief Engineer department with the mission to perform the technical integration of the A380 Aircraft, to ensure its continuous Airworthiness and to propose the Evolutions of the product to cope with market needs and Customermanagement requests.

On behalf of the Customer, the Change Coordinator will be in charge to fulfil the following activities and/or deliverables:
- Configuration integration and Change Control (Full Change Process) at Aircraft level for Aircraft standard evolution, main components & sections integration, monitoring & validation of design solutions.
- Technical Repercussion Sheet (TRS) validation in MPM tool, in due time with the requested quality, to allow modifications opening at A380 programme level.
- Follow up / answers of actions launched at A380 Change Control Committee (CCC), Configuration Control Board (CCB) to allow modification opening for A380 Aircraft, Change Request (CR) follow up.
- Validation of request of MOD validity change (Urgent Telex), MOD applicability to development A/C at refurbishment.
- Establishment of the configuration definition for the development aircraft.
- Support to the configuration definition for the serial aircraft.
- Responsible for guidelines and establishment of target configuration for A380 devel-opment A/C refurbishing.
- Support to aircraft attestation process and MOD closure, including Delta 1 analysis.
- Support to Aircraft flight clearance process, including A/C Inspection Report (AIR) Folio 5 endorsement (remain to do).
- Focal point of Quality Survey Report (QSR).

CIMPA has been delivering Configuration Management services for customer, both on operational and process & methods-related levels, for more than 15 years. We are also involved in developing and supporting most of the major CM tools used within AIRBUS. 
We are fully committed as an operational CM supplier, to provide operational excellence and the technical know-how, as well as added value in the continuous improvement of CM Best Practices, leveraging our synergies with Sopra Steria in the latest of Digitalization Technology. 

In a multi-programme challenging context, our Customers are Engineering Fuselage departments on Programmes A380, A330, A400M & Single Aisle (NFF, NCF, FAF and CAF).
The design contexts of the Change Process and the Mod Closure are either Aircraft Development or Customisation.
Furthermore, the activities involve aircraft ATA’s segregation, Structure, Systems and Cabin integration.
On behalf of the Customer, the Change Leader will be in charge to perform activities aiming at the realisation of the following deliverables:
- TRS for Mod opening
- Sub-TRS for Mod opening
- Updated TRS
- Updated Sub-TRS
- Technical Dossier/Modification Approval Sheet
- Delta 1 analysis for each MSN at FOT (Flight Operation Transfer)
- Delta 1 analysis for each MSN at Hand Over
- Modification closure for stage 0 and stage 3

Skills: 

Technician and/or Engineer with 0 - 3 years of experience, you have the following skills:

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Basic Aeronautics skills
  • Basic knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management and / or Configuration  Management
  • Basic knowledge of A/C ATAs (Structure, Systems or Cabin)
  • IT Skills: MS Office shall be known as it is the standard tool set
