Our teams
The multiplicity of our customers and our fields of activity enables us to offer you a career in your field: CAD/CAM, PDM, ERP, DMU, Computing, CAPE, Virtual Reality, Supervision, Post-processors, controllers, etc.
Our headcount is composed of 70% executive level personnel and engineers and 30% Technicians. With an average age of 32, this is a young and dynamic team that currently works in all of Europe. In addition to its two units in the Paris (Sèvres) and Toulouse (Blagnac) areas, CIMPA offers assignments in Aquitaine, Pays de la Loire, Picardie, Brittany etc.
Its international establishment also enables CIMPA to offer assignment possibilities or transfers abroad: Germany, England, and Spain.
Your induction
Upon your arrival, you will directly join an operational entity in which a Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring and developing your career with CIMPA. Each Team Leader manages a team of at most 15 people for greater availability and better awareness of your needs.
During the annual evaluation meeting, several topics are discussed: the achievement of the objectives set for you during the last evaluation, the status of your new knowledge and skills and your desire for development in your entity or another entity of CIMPA in France or abroad
